The 3NWX(A) hydrocyclone introduces a qualified heavy medium suspension of a single density into the hydrocyclone under appropriate pressure. Raw coal is fed into the hydrocyclone by its own weight, and three products, namely clean coal, middlings, and gangue, are separated in sequence. The process system is simple and the investment cost is low; the material to be separated enters the hydrocyclone without pressure, the separation accuracy is high, and there is no over-pulverization of the material; it has good wear resistance, with built-in OI ceramic wear-resistant lining, and has a long service life; special hydrocyclones can be designed according to user needs.
