SXJ series banana screen is a new generation of high-precision technology large banana screen independently developed by our company on the basis of years of research on vibrating screen theory, drawing on the advanced experience of foreign advanced large banana screens, and on the premise of numerous experimental studies by researchers, combined with China's national conditions. It is mainly used for material classification and dewatering, desliming and other operations. Generally speaking, the number of screen sections of banana screens are 3 sections and 5 sections. The 3-section banana screen is mostly used for classification, and the 5-section banana screen is mostly used for dewatering and desliming. Because the banana screen has the advantages of large processing capacity, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life, it can greatly simplify the process flow, reduce costs, and simplify management.

• All key components are analyzed and designed using international advanced ANSYS finite element analysis software;

• Large processing capacity and high efficiency. Under the same conditions, banana screens can increase processing capacity by 40%-60% compared with other types of screens, and the efficiency is between 90%~95%, reaching the international advanced level;

• Reasonable structure and high processing accuracy. There is no welding on the side plate of the banana screen, and all beams adopt the internationally popular UC structure, which has high rigidity. The vibrator drive beam adopts a double H-beam structure, and the outside of the side plate adopts a mesh structure to strengthen the strength of the whole machine, and structural optimization and vibration analysis are carried out; In terms of manufacturing, not only can the processing accuracy of each part be absolutely guaranteed, but also all processed parts are stress-relieved and clean assembly is ensured;

• New type of vibrator. This vibrator is a spiral gear driven high-power vibrator, using an external adjustable eccentric block, and the synchronous gear adopts high-frequency fire and gear grinding process to ensure that the screen runs smoothly at an accurate speed and amplitude;

• High performance reliability, stable operation, minimal deflection, and ultra-low noise.
