Equipment Features

The high-frequency coal slime recovery screen is mainly composed of a screen box, vibrator, support system, and motor. In addition to the characteristics of the company's ZK series vibrating screen, it also has the following characteristics:

1. The whole screen machine is installed horizontally, but the screen is installed at a negative angle to ensure the dewatering effect;

2. The screen plate is a steel plate with punched holes and laid with 60-200 mesh filter cloth screen to adapt to the dewatering and desliming of different materials;

3. Automobile transmission is adopted; the eccentric block angle is adjustable, and the amplitude of the screen can be changed by adjusting the angle of the block;

4. Maintenance requires injecting oil, the bearings are Renben bearings, and the screen box screws are cold-riveted with anti-groove nails;
