The purpose of the machine

TLL centrifugal dewatering machine is suitable for dewatering fine clean coal and fine middlings coal with a feed particle size of 0~13mm. The moisture content of fine coal can be reduced from 18%-30% to 5%-8% (external moisture). The processing capacity of the centrifuge varies greatly depending on the coal quality and feed particle size composition. The specific calibration value can only be obtained through on-site testing. Generally speaking, as the fine particles in the feed increase, the processing capacity decreases and the product moisture increases.

Working principle and structural features of the machine

The TLL centrifugal dewatering machine works based on the principle of centrifugal filtration. Wet coal enters through the feed inlet and enters the space between the screen basket and the spiral scraper through the cloth cone. Under the action of the centrifuge, water and small particles (centrifugal liquid) pass through the material layer, pass through the screen, and flow into the water collecting tank of the upper shell along the upper cover, and then are discharged out of the machine through the drain pipes designed on both sides of the machine: The coal particles are kept inside the screen. Because there is a speed difference between the spiral scraper and the screen basket, the spiral scraper scrapes the coal particles from the screen and discharges them to the bottom of the screen, so that the dewatered coal is unloaded into the collecting funnel below the machine. This process is continuous.
